MaSsIvE UpDaTe :D

It has been awhile since I have blogged and so much has happened!

Around the beginning of March Rhyder started to get a cough, runny nose and was grabbing at his ears. We didn't think anything of it except it was another cold. Well he didn't seem to get any better only worse, one night he woke up every half an hour therefore I didn't go to sleep until 6:30am when Ben took him into the other room and that is when we decided that we needed to go to the doctor. On 03.14.11 Ben and I took him to the doctor where they told us he had an ear infection and RSV, they put him on medicine for his ear infection and told us to watch him for worse sympotms of RSV and to come back the following Saturday. The following day I stayed home from work and was very concerned when it came 5:30pm and Rhyder had only went to the bathroom once ALL day! So I made an appointment with an insta care since his doctor's was about to close. We had him checked out, they said he looked good and to just keep watching him (I am a very paranoid person) the following Saturday 03.19.11 we went back to his original doctor and they said his ears look better but to keep him on his medicine and come back the following Saturday. On 03.22.11 I finally went to the doctor and was told I have the start of ammonia and got put on medication. The following Saturday 03.26.11 we went back to Rhyder pediatrition and she said his ears were worse so they were putting him on another antibiotic and giving him numbing drops, his cough was getting better and lungs sounded great and to come back the following Saturday! We made and appointment to go back the following Saturday 04.02.11 as instructed. Saturday rolled around and we showed up at the doctor crossing our fingers everything looked good but when the doctor looked she said they didn't look any better and she was putting him on another (#3) antibiotic. As a concerned mom I asked what happens from here, the response I got was come back in a week 04.09.11 and if he was not better then he would get another antibiotic and if that doesn't work then they would do a 3 series shots and if that doesn't work then they would send him to an ENT (ear nose and throat doctor). On Sunday we went to my dads and I was talking to my step mom about the whole situation and I came to the conclusion that Rhyder is 8 months old and has had an ear infection for 3 weeks now and that is WAY to FLIPPING long for a baby and TOO many ANTIBIOTICS!!! I've had it! He has an appointment to go see and ENT on 04.07.11 because I am not willing to let him go through pain ANY longer then he needs to! He pulls at his ears all day and night long, he has a rough time sleeping, you can tell my sweet little 8 month old is miserable and I want something done so he doesn't have hearing loss or anything else due to this long drawn out ear infection! With all that being said I'm sick of going to the doctors and pharmacy!!!!

Although Rhyder has been so sick he is still a happy active baby! He has been taking step more and more often. The most he has taken at one time is 6. He climbed up 11 stair! I'm thinking it is time to start teaching him how to go down! He is getting big so fast and will be running too soon!

Ben got a job guiding on hunts with Rowdy Birddog Outfitters. He is so excited and loves to HUNT! I am happy for him and that I am also able to help and get involved. They are a family oriented Company! I'm so happy for him! Looks like we will be "living" in the mountains this summer! Not that I mind at all!!

Saturday 03.12.11

So... A couple weeks ago Ben told me that I needed to pack an over night bag for Saturday the 12th and that's all he would tell me (even though I of course asked questions) He went with his brother Josh and friend Joe to go shed hunting that morning and was going to come back around 5 so we could drop the baby off and go do what he had planned. So I went the my friend Monica's house for her son Micheal's birthday, Rhyder and I had hung out there for awhile and then went home so I could pack my overnight bag. We had a lot of fun! When we got home Ben's mom Janet watched the baby so I could get ready for my HOT date! When Ben picked us up we went and dropped the baby off and we were on our way! We went to Ruby River and had a nice dinner and then went to the ANNIVERSARY INN! It was so fun! We had a western theme room our bed was a wagon, the bath tub was huge, it had a big screen t.v. the shower head was a bucket with holes on the bottom. There was also a saddle. It was so nice to spend the night with just the 2 of us and relax! We were in bed sleeping by 9:30!! :D We had such a great weekend and enjoyed our time together!

Update...

Sorry it has been so long since the last blog! With a full time job, being a mom to a 7 month old and a wife things can get CRAZY!!! A lot has happened... Well Rhyder started crawling, it happened so fast it unbelievable! He stands up to everything he can! I think he will be walking shortly... I absolutely LOVE being a mom! It is the most amazing feeling and wonderful opportunity. For those of you who have kids you know it can be hard and exhausting... especially if your child does NOT sleep worth anything (like Rhyder)... Ben always says "Our next kid better have my sleeping habits" (which let me tell you is... he hits the bed and is out!! Not joking) Rhyder and I on the other hand sleep like pure POOP!!! Oh well he will someday hopefully sleep ha ha

Last weekend Rhyder and I went to St. George with my mom, Dave (step dad), Destinee (lil sister), and Dakoda (lil brother). We had a BLAST!!! Dest and I followed everyone else in my car down there. We sat by the pool for awhile, the hot tub was about bath tub water warm and was cool enough for Rhyder so we put him in with his little floating outfit and passed him around ha ha he loved it, he probably was in there for a good 2 hours! Sunday came so fast and it was time to come home! I was sad but happy at the same time... I loved being in the warm weather but miss my hubby! On the way home I got a text from Ben saying that we needed a baby sitter for the baby Sat night to Sun... I needed to pack an overnight bag and NOT to look at the bank account LoL I am so tempted but do not want to ruin the surprise...

Walk around the neighborhood

We moved in last weekend and decided that sunday was such a beautiful day we would take the baby on a walk around the neighborhood! We had so much fun! Rhyder just sat and looked all over at all the people we saw, the houses, and just held on to his toys! We walked to the park and hung out there for a minute then went home!

OMG!!! He is getting so big! Time goes by to fast... i enjoy every minute of it though! We bought him this walker and he absolutely loves it, he goes running down the hallway and gets very excited.

He has been waving so much and when you wave bck he will sometimes laugh!

In our house we have a picture frame in the hall that if your in front of it he will just look it up and down haha i love him.

Kids do such funny things and grow up way to fast! You have to cherish everything and moment :D

Fun Weekend!

This weekend was so much fun! '

Friday night I went to my cousin Haley's show in Ogden with my aunt Megan (her mom) cousin Ciarra, Brek and Jordan (Ciarra date)!! It was so much fun! I love watching Haley with all that energy and not being shy. After the show we went home, met up with Ben the baby and Jordan (another Jordan) and went bowling. When we left the bowling alley we went to Taco Bell and they boys would say the funniest stuff! :D

Saturday we woke up and got ready for the hunting expo... We went with Haley, Joe and Victoria and their daughter and of course Rhyder. We had so much fun there as well. When we got home we sat around for a bit and I made MAC & CHEESE!!! Good thing I was wanting it so bad and ruined it by putting ROTTEN milk in it!!! I was so mad. We left and went to Taco Bell then our really good friends Barry and Jennie and watched the fights!

Sunday I had a girls date while getting Ben valentines present which was fun, after that I went to the store and home when I got home I got stuff ready to take to our friends house for the SUPERBOWL!!! We went to our friends Joe and Carly's... there was so many people there and we had a lot of fun! Some of the girls including myself played poker while everyone watched the game! There was so much food and talking going on!

What a good weekend! It went by WAY to fast!

Our Wedding!!

Let's see if I can remember Ha Ha... If you have ever been married you can testify the day is kind of a blurry :D I remember Ben went and stayed at his dads house out in tooele for the couple days before the wedding... The morning of Teegun (soon to be sister in law) came over and I did her hair for the wedding since she was a bridesmaid, we did her hair and got bored so we decided to go to target and buy me a wallet... I know your thinking TARGET the day of your wedding LoL I know but it happened! On the way to the Alpine Art Center where we got married it was pouring and I remember calling my mom in tears saying I don't want the ceremony inside but it is raining. She assured me it would be okay, I got there around 4:00 and the got my hair done while I did my make-up, I was so nervous and hungry.
My good friends Danielle and Miki went and got me chicken nuggets :D

When they came in and said it was time I got so many butterflies going through my stomach!
We were walking out the doors to go down the isle and in front of me I saw Hunter (our nephew) holding the pillow as my wedding ring fell off and into the grass Ha Ha all I could do was laugh. His dad grabbed the ring and put it back on and they continued walking.

Walking down the stairs and isle I talked to my dad to calm my nerves... I was SO Nervous!

When I got out and saw the groom and his groomsmen all in cowboy hats and all the bridesmaids in the cowboy boots I was speechless! Everyone looked amazing, it was sunny outside, the grass wasn't to wet... PERFECT!!!! The next thing I know we were exchanging XOXOXOXO and RINGS!!!

I was officially married, officially Mrs. Alysha Cameron!

After we got all the congrats from family and friends we took pictures and went inside and got more congrats and had all our dances!
